THE REVIEW:
Going into this movie, I was a little scared since Harrison Ford hasn’t been doing good in his last films. However, the movie was great from start to finish and definitely worth going to see. I am always bias about whether you go during the night or matinee because I always like to buy the cheaper ticket, but it is definitely worth seeing this action-packed film in the movie theaters. It was one of the most original movies I have seen in a long time. Mostly in a year of sequels and comedies, it was good to see these two older guys kick some alien butt. Even though Hollywood has overdone the entire “alien” thing, you don’t care about it because you’re enthralled with the story too much.
The acting was great and you don’t get lost in the storyline and you know all the characters. Harrison Ford was great in this and he gave his famous grin that we all love. However, there were some parts that it was slow at times, mostly because they stick to the Western part of the movie for a while. It is a good movie too see, not too scary and the kids are going to love the action part of it all. I guess when Steven Spielberg puts his stamp of approval on it, the movie should be good. Great graphics for what they had and it was great to see.
OVERALL RATING:
Definitely go and see this movie in the theaters. You are not going to regret it like we all were with “Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull”. It is worth your time and there is a big surprise that you don’t see in the trailer that you know is perfect with the whole cowboy theme. Perfect to go see.
